What if it does not look like my pet?

How long does it take to ship?
2–3 weeks from order to your door in the US. We send tracking the moment yours ships.
What is the plushie made of?
Soft polyester plush with embroidered features and hand-stitched details. Roughly [size] inches tall. Safe for kids and pets, but it is a stuffed animal, not a dog toy — your dog will destroy it.
Can I order multiple pets?
Yes — order separately for each pet. We are working on a multi-pet plushie, but it is not live yet.
What if my pet has passed away?
Upload any clear photo you have. Memorial plushies are common — message us at checkout if you want anything specific.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently US only. International shipping is in the works.
What if I just want the AI photo, not the plushie?
Use the AI filters product. This page is for the real plushie.
Can I see what my plushie will look like before it ships?
Yes. After you order, we email the AI design preview within 48 hours. You approve it before production starts.
